Tracey Rittelmeyer, MPA

Tracey Rittelmeyer is President of Ausum Realty, Inc. Her experience encompasses real estate management/sales/ development, asset disposition, corporate relations, government relations and economic development. Tracey earned her BA in Political Science from Rhodes College and MPA in Public Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with honors. She was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Graduate t1onor Society and Alpha Epsilon Lambda. Also, she is an entrepreneur, strategist, developer, and principal broker. 

Since 2004, Tracey has been an active member of the real estate community. She served on the National Association of Realtors (Strategic Planning, Business Issues Policy and Global Business Alliances Committees), Arkansas Realtors Association (Member of the Risk Reduction, Professional Standards and Professional Development Committees), Council of Residential Specialists (Arkansas Chapter President 2010-2011 ), and Arkansas Auctioneers Association. She is a trained real estate mediator and ombudsman. Tracey earned certifications/designations for Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Transnational Referral Certification (TRC), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), and Corporate Mobility Specialist (CMS). Additionally, she served on the Arkansas Real Estate Foundation Board {Chairman and Treasurer).

In 2006, Governor Mike Huckabee appointed Tracey to the Arkansas Inspection Registration Board and to lead the Brownfield Community Development Grant for Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service. ln2017, Governor Asa Hutchinson appointed Tracey to the Arkansas Economic Development Commission (AEDC) and reappointed for another four-year term in 2022 as a Congressional District Appointment At Large. She was 2022 Chairman of AEDC and board member of the Arkansas Economic Development Foundation and Arkansas Industrial & Economic Development Foundation. Tracey was appointed by Governor Sarah Sanders to the Arkansas Real Estate Commission in March 2025. 

Since 2012, Tracey has advocated for women in business. She is a member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and Women’s Business Council Southwest Site Certification Review Committee. In 2023, the Women’s Business Council Southwest named Tracey – “Regional Volunteer of the Vear11 for helping over 100 companies obtain their WBE certification status. 

Tracey serves on the Arkansas River Rice Board of Directors, Arkansas World Trade Center Advisory Board and the Arkansas Leadership Foundation for Women Board. She was named the Arkansas World Trade Center Board Member of the Year in 2024.

Tracey is married to Chase Rittelmeyer and has a daughter, Gabrielle.
