Keith Harvey is the chief legal officer for Westrock Coffee Company, a leading integrated coffee, tea, flavors, extracts, and ingredients solutions provider. Previously, Harvey was senior vice president and deputy general counsel for Uniti Group Inc., a digital infrastructure company based in Little Rock.

Prior to joining Uniti, Harvey served as a partner with the law firm of Kutak Rock LLP in Little Rock and as an associate at Alston & Bird LLP in Atlanta.

Harvey earned his undergraduate degree in political science and philosophy from Emory University and his J.D. and M.A. (Philosophy) from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. A Little Rock native, Harvey graduated from John L. McClellan High School. In 2017, he co-founded the Friends and Alumni of McClellan Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to awarding scholarships for students at Little Rock Southwest High School while preserving the legacy of its predecessor, John L. McClellan High School.

Harvey also currently serves on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer for Mourning Cloak Conservation Burial, a nonprofit educating the public about conservation burial and facilitating the creation of conservation burial grounds in Arkansas. Harvey has also served on the boards of The Centers for Youth & Families Foundation, Christ Episcopal Church in downtown Little Rock, and Volunteers in Public Schools (ViPS) for the Little Rock School District. 

Harvey is in his first term on the Little Rock Port Authority Board of Directors, having been appointed by Mayor Frank Scott, Jr. in July 2021. Harvey is married to Priscilla Harvey, and together they have a son, Gibbs, and a daughter, Sterling.
