Keith Harvey is the senior vice president – deputy general counsel for Uniti Group Inc., a publicly traded real estate investment trust focused on the acquisition and operation of mission-critical communications infrastructure. Since joining Uniti in 2015, Harvey has primarily focused on the company’s strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions of fiber, wireless towers and other communication assets, along with overseeing general corporate governance, managing outside counsel, and negotiating commercial agreements.
Prior to joining Uniti, Harvey served as a partner with the law firm of Kutak Rock LLP in Little Rock and as an associate at Alston & Bird LLP in Atlanta, Georgia. At both firms, he specialized in securities, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions.
Harvey earned his undergraduate degree in political science and philosophy from Emory University and his J.D. and M.A. (Philosophy) from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. A Little Rock native, Harvey graduated from John L. McClellan High School. In 2017, he co-founded the Friends and Alumni of McClellan Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit initially dedicated to awarding scholarships to outstanding seniors at McClellan. Due to the consolidation of McClellan and J.A. Fair High School into Little Rock Southwest High School, the F.A.M. Foundation now focuses on scholarships for students at Little Rock Southwest while preserving the McClellan Lions legacy.
Harvey also currently serves on the Board of Trustees for The Centers for Youth & Families Foundation and is an active member of Christ Episcopal Church in downtown Little Rock. Harvey previously served on the board of Volunteers in Public Schools (ViPS) for the Little Rock School District and as a Soup Sunday committee member for Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families.
Harvey is in his first term on the Little Rock Port Authority Board of Directors having been appointed by Mayor Frank Scott, Jr. in July 2021. Harvey is married to Priscilla Harvey, and together they have a son, Gibbs, and a daughter, Sterling.
