Clay McGeorge is the President of Jeffrey Sand Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pine Bluff Sand & Gravel. He is a 4th generation McGeorge and works for his family business, which has been in operations since 1913. His career has taken him up and down the Arkansas River working with ready-mix concrete, asphalt, crushed stone, sand & gravel, and dredging the Arkansas River for construction products.

McGeorge is serving his second term as president of the Arkansas Ready Mix Concrete Association, is a member of the Executive Board of the Good Roads Foundation, and was appointed as a board member of the Little Rock Port Authority in 2018.

In his free time, McGeorge enjoys golfing and being around family and friends. He and his wife Grace Anne have two daughters and one son. He is a native of Pine Bluff, Arkansas and is an active outdoorsman.
