The South Port Commerce Center

Located at 7103 Zeuber Road, the South Port Commerce Center is a two-building modern class A industrial space in the Port of Little Rock.

The first phase of the project included a 537,845-square-foot cross-dock industrial warehouse facility with 68 dock doors, 52 future doors, 4 drive-in doors, 160 trailer parking spaces, and 449 regular parking spaces. The second phase of the project included a 428,000-square-foot cross-dock industrial warehouse facility with 68 dock doors, 52 future docks, 4 drive-in doors, 143 trailer parking spaces, and 300 regular parking spaces.

“This investment will add much-needed industrial storage capacity to the Port, fueling growth of both current and future Port industries,” said Clay McGeorge, Chair of the Little Rock Port Authority’s Board of Directors.

The Port’s Growing Influence

The Port of Little Rock has been facing increasing demand for storage space from companies looking to take advantage of the many economic benefits the Port has to offer. The demand is driven in part by businesses looking to move logistics back to the U.S. after being disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
