Joe Bailey

Joe Bailey serves as a senior project manager with Entergy Arkansas, Inc.’s (EAI) Teamwork Arkansas. Since joining the company in 2012, he focuses on new business development, project coordination and external affairs. As the leading power provider in Arkansas for the past century and a part of a Fortune 500 company, EAI is essential to economic development within the state.

Prior to EAI, Joe spent ten years with the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, serving as director of business development for the last five years. In August of 2011, Joe was named “Economic Developer of the Year” by the Arkansas Economic Developers Association, the state-wide organization of economic development professionals.

Joe is in his second term on the Little Rock Port Authority Board of Directors. Initially appointed in 2012, he was reappointed in 2017.

Joe is currently an officer on the Arkansas Economic Developers Association board of directors and treasurer of the Little Rock Port Authority. He is a native of Camden, Arkansas. He received a Master of Public Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Technology from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro.
