Greg Joslin is a senior broker at Colliers International | Arkansas, specializing in office leasing and brokerage for more than 1.5 million square feet of office properties throughout the Central Arkansas market. He handles brokerage; site selection and market analysis; acquisition and dispositions; and tenant representation roles for clients.
Prior to joining Colliers, Greg worked for 11 years at Irwin Partners as a principal partner. He joined the Colliers team when Irwin Partners merged with the firm in 2017. His background includes work with Entergy Arkansas in the commercial and industrial major accounts group as well as experience in economic development, working in Entergy’s Office of Economic Development, the Arkansas Industrial Development Commission and the Magnolia-Columbia County Chamber of Commerce, where he served as president and CEO.
Joslin holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor of Arts from Hendrix College. He is a graduate of the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce Leadership Greater Little Rock (LGLR) program, the Economic Development Institute at University of Oklahoma and the Community Development Institute at the University of Central Arkansas.
Joslin is in his second term on the Little Rock Port Authority Board of Directors and was first appointed in 2011.
Joslin was named an Arkansas Business 40 Under 40 honoree in 2007 and has served on numerous community boards. He was a founding board member of the Arkansas Committed to Education Foundation, chair of both the LGLR Board of Trustees & Leadership Greater Little Rock Alumni Association, past board president of Youth Home and member of the Our House board. Joslin also served as a non-commissioned officer in the Arkansas Air National Guard.
